Mario Castagnetta is the Founder & Director of Synchronicity SA, a consulting firm established in 1997 in Geneva.
Prior to its creation, Mario has worked ad L&D leader in Hewlett Packard Italy and in the European HQ and in Amplifon.
His professial experience ranges from the Executive Coaching to the design of events to support the performance of teams, leaders and employees in different stages of their careers.
Graduated as Clinical Psycology summa cum laude the the University «La Sapienza» in Rome, Mario has become a Swiss accredited Jung Psycotherapist in 2025. This journey has inspired the creation of The Circles programmes as his contribution to support those who are searching for a way to reconnect with their own authentic and radiant Self and to live own life guided by a renewed sense of Purpose.
