The first module is dedicated to:

  • The creation of the Team Contract to make the virtual learning space safe for you
  • The exploration of the first shield through the sharing of your pre-work reflections
  • Support others in making sense of their own dreams.

Adolescent

The second module is dedicated to:
  • The exploration of the second shield through the sharing of your pre-work reflections
  • Group activities and discussions on the events pertinent to your adolescence, with the intention to identify events that have contributed to your development

Adulthood

This third module is dedicated to:
  • The exploration of this shield through the sharing of your pre-work reflections
  • Group activites and discussions on the events that have characterized your adolescence. This is a time of life where emotions become fondumental to forge our personality and orientation towards adults and life
  • The identification of your first purpose and the intention you had at that time

Elderhood

This fourth module is dedicated to:
  • The exploration of this shield through the sharing of your pre-work reflections
  • Group activites and discussions on the events that have characterized your adolescence. This is a time of life when you start to see life differently and the feeling of time going faster than earlier, can indicate new priorities.
  • The definition of the legacy you want to leave behind you.

Purpose

This final module is dedicated to:
  • The creation of your Purpose and its presentation to The Circle group
  • The definition of an action plan to move towards its implementation
  • The identification of the initiatives that will allow you to receive support from The Circle group after the end the program
  • Closing cerimony
