Elisabetta PASINI

Accredited psychoanalyst at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich, with a Master’s in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics, throughout my professional experience I have always focused on the development of individuals, groups and organisations.

My passion is guiding people through those “moments of transition” that we often experience in life, when looking inward can lead to the discovery of hidden potential. My current professional focus is the Analytical Psychology of C.G. Jung.

I live and work in Milan, where I have my professional practice, and I collaborate with NAGA ONLUS, a non-profit organisation that provides social, healthcare and psychological support to refugees and asylum seekers, and with IMD Business School in Lausanne as a Personal Development Analyst in their annual MBA programme.

At the beginning of my career, I worked for several years as a Human Resources Manager in the retail and large-scale distribution sector. Subsequently, I developed a career as a consultant at Future Concept Lab, an international laboratory for the analysis of consumer trends and social innovation. From these experiences I learned how much emotions, expectations, fears and vulnerabilities can influence working relationships.

My personal mantra: “The most precious gift that strangers can bring is their diversity. And if you focus on divergences and differences, you too can have moments of illumination…” – Fatema Mernissi, Moroccan sociologist and writer
