The Circle programme

The Circle programme begins on Sunday evening at 7:00 PM with a welcome reception and dinner, concluding with a farewell dinner on Friday evening. Departure is scheduled for Saturday morning, no later than 10:00 AM. The venue location will be communicated prior to your arrival.

The programme takes place in a private villa near Essaouira, a charming fishing village 90 minutes from Marrakesh airport. You will share this space with fellow participants and faculty members. Each participant will have a private single-occupancy room with full board (breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner throughout the programme).
Please pack casual clothing, swimwear, sunscreen, and comfortable hiking shoes to fully enjoy the beautiful coastal surroundings.
Programme sessions run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a two-hour lunch break allowing you to enjoy the sea and sunshine of Essaouira.
The Circle is designed as a “business-free” retreat. We ask participants to avoid scheduling business meetings during the programme week and to limit email checking to brief periods during personal time only.
Airport transfers between Marrakesh airport and the venue will be arranged according to your arrival and departure schedule.
Saturday arrivals (the day before the programme) include accommodation, but meals are at your own arrangement and expense.
  • Access to The Circle Podcast is granted to registered participants for a limited period of six months from the date of their registration to the programme. Reproduction or use of the podcast outside the programme is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms:
Upon confirmation of your participation, we will issue an invoice for 30% of the total amount (programme and housing fees). The remaining 70% will be invoiced one month before the programme begins and must be paid in full before you can be accepted.

If you cancel your participation:

  • 30 days or less before the programme: 100% of the total amount will be charged
  • More than 30 days before the programme: 30% of the total amount will be charged

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Synchronicity.
